New Rapid Part Cooling Option Offered from Dynamic Conveyor
Muskegon, MI (PRWEB) April 15, 2010
When air cooling (either natural or by moving ambient air with fans) proves to be too slow and manufacturers want to speed the production of their products, Dynamic Conveyor now offers a new rapid part cooling solution.
In conjunction with a DynaCon modular conveyor system, a portable spot air cooling unit can be added for rapid part cooling. The portable spot air cooling unit provides instant cool air in the hottest environments such as production lines, manufacturing processes, injection molding and much more.
Creating instant cool air up to 25 degrees below room temperature, the unit provides up to 60,000 BTU/hour, has a digital temperature control and costs as little as .10/hour to operate. The unit is self-contained and portable and requires little installation — simply roll it in, plug it in and turn it on. The DynaCon system will include a duct structure using clear plastic to cover the conveyor creating a tunnel above the conveyor belt to maximize the cold airflow over the parts. Moving the parts along the conveyor while being cooled has been known to offer a 94.7 percent reduction in product cool down time.
The cooling unit features a programmable digital temperature controller that allows the user to “set” the desired temperature. By cooling only the area that needs it, the portable spot air cooling unit saves money while protecting people and equipment and speeds up processes.
The amount of benefit a portable spot air cooling unit can offer a plant will vary from company to company. But, whether cool down time is reduced by 10 percent or 90 percent, it all adds up to significant savings in time and money.
In addition to the portable spot air cooling unit, the DynaCon lines include a variety of modular conveyors and accessories that boast easy reconfiguration when needs change. Countrywide Air Conditioning Cautions Homeowners; Keep Family Safe with Electric and Gas Furnace “Safety Checkups”
Houston (PRWEB) January 5, 2009
The professionals at Countrywide Air Conditioning launch a campaign to help educate Houston residents about important air and heating measures they should take this time of year – underscoring the necessity of a furnace safety checkup before running units that first brisk night.
Licensed since 1986, Countrywide Air Conditioning Technician Kennet Karrer explains that many homeowners are unaware of the multiple furnace components that can affect their health and safety, resulting in house fires and carbon monoxide poisoning every year. Having the components routinely checked by a licensed professional ensures that electric and gas furnaces are safe to operate.
“Most Houston residents don’t find a furnace checkup important, simply because they feel they don’t use it enough for there to be any problems. But, often because they sit in the attic all year unused, they begin to rust and corrode – causing the majority of the problems when it is turned on,” said Karrer.
“The burners are covered with rust from the heat exchanger, which causes the flames to ‘roll’ out of the furnace. This is both a fire and carbon monoxide hazard. The electronic gas valve can stick and only work intermittently. In addition people stack flammables such as boxes of Christmas wrapping paper or luggage on top of the furnace, creating additional fire hazards,” added Karrer
Karrer went on to say that electric furnaces are no different and the high voltage electrical connections rust and corrode as well – causing sparks and burnt wires to ignite anything nearby. Identifying potential problems early not only prevents potential hazard but ensures maximum efficiency, which is critical in today’s touch economic climate and high fuel costs.
Countrywide Air Conditioning is a Better Business Bureau accredited business and Texas state licensed and insured. Countrywide offers air conditioning, heating, furnace checkups, repairs and sales – as well as air duct cleaning, mold inspection, home energy audits and emergency same day service.

Chas Roberts Helps Phoenix Homeowners Save on Summer Air Conditioning Costs
Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) May 12, 2009
Summer is here to stay, as 100 degree days are quickly becoming routine. With current economic conditions as challenging as they are, saving money on home cooling costs is now more important than ever for Phoenix and Tucson area homeowners.
Chas Roberts gets asked by people all the time – “Is there anything I can do to cut my cooling costs during the hot Arizona summers?” says CEO Roberta Roberts Shank. Before Phoenix and Tucson area homeowners crank up the air conditioning, Shank shares five tips to help reduce home cooling costs:
1. Clean air conditioner filters – The most important thing a homeowner can do is clean and replace a/c filters frequently. For optimum efficiency and filtration, replace disposable filters at least once a month.
2. Give the air conditioning unit a check-up – Before summer requires heavy use of the unit, have the system checked by a trained technician. Regular air conditioner maintenance is the most effective way to ensure a unit is running efficiently, safely, and offers the best opportunity for extending its life to save money.
3. Every degree counts – Set the air conditioner’s thermostat one or two degrees higher in the summer to save on energy costs. How big a savings is this? For every degree warmer, the homeowner will save two to three percent on the air conditioning bill (1).
4. Only use the air conditioning system when it’s needed – Raising the thermostat when no one is at home and at night can help reduce cooling bills. Although tempting, an air conditioner in Phoenix should not be raised more than five degrees so the system doesn’t have to work so hard to return to the desired setting. A programmable thermostat can make it easy.
5. Energy efficiency pays – If it’s almost time for a new air conditioning unit, Phoenix homeowners should consider replacing now with a more energy-efficient unit. The recently passed federal stimulus bill (American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009) offers a tax credit for 30% of the installation costs (up to 00) to homeowners who install qualified energy-efficient central air conditioning units January 1, 2009 through December 31, 2010. Not only will homeowners save on air conditioner installation costs, but an energy-efficient unit will also lower monthly cooling bills (2).
Chas Roberts creates comfortable living environments for Arizona homeowners by providing quality installations and service of heating & air conditioning in Phoenix and Tucson at competitive prices. Chas and Alice Roberts founded Chas Roberts Air Conditioning in 1942 and the business has been family owned and operated since day one. Today the company is the largest HVAC provider in the state with eight locations including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Queen Creek, Litchfield, Avondale, Sun City and Tucson, passes along its buying power to homeowners and backs its service with highly trained personnel and on-line scheduling capabilities. The Chinese Complaint Drywall Initiates An Investigation Involving Homeowner AC Coil Failures In Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana And AC Industry Insiders
Washington, DC (PRWEB) September 8, 2009
Americas Watchdog’s Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is launching an initiative aimed at identifying homeowners in Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana who have experienced at least three air conditioning coil failures since 2004, and who live in a home that contains toxic Chinese drywall. At the same time, the group is urging air conditioning industry insiders, or repair technicians to step forward & tell the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center what they know about Chinese drywall & AC coil failures, and when they knew it. According to the group, “we are 100% certain that major homebuilders and air conditioning companies knew dry wall from China was so toxic that it was causing air conditioning coil failures as far back as 2004, or 2005, and the air conditioning manufactures & homebuilders colluded to conceal this fact from completely innocent homeowners. There is no way the air conditioning companies did not know toxic Chinese drywall was the contributing factor in AC coil failures & we intend to prove the point.” Homeowners who have had three or more AC coil failures in Florida, Mississippi, or Louisiana homes that contain toxic Chinese drywall, and or air conditioning company insiders, or repair technicians should call the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center immediately at 866-714-6466, or contact the group via its web site at Http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
But Our Homebuilder In Florida, Mississippi, or Louisiana Says, they Had No Idea The Chinese Drywall Was Bad, Or It Would Damage Our Home? According to the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center,”this notion that homebuilders, or air conditioning companies saying they had no idea is baloney. They new, and they colluded to conceal this fact from completely innocent homeowners, and by doing so have possibly put the future health of all these innocent homeowners, and their families at risk.”
But why would homebuilders, and or air conditioning companies do this? According to the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center,”between 2002 & 2007 the largest single buyers of air conditioning units were US homebuilders. As air conditioning coils were failing in homes in Florida, Mississippi, Alabama, or Louisiana, in say 2005, the homebuilder was in many cases extending the warranty on AC units, or their coils, in a deliberate attempt to conceal the fact that Chinese toxic drywall had properties that were so corrosive, that it would cause copper coils to fail.” The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center wants to hear from any homeowners in Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, or Alabama who had a homebuilder extend the warranty of their AC unit after a air conditioning coil failure by call the group anytime at 866-714-6466, or by contacting the group via its web site at Http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
Who should call the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center about Chinese toxic drywall & air conditioning failures?
Homeowners in Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, or Alabama who have gone through at least three air conditioning coils since 2005.
Air conditioning insiders, repair technicians, or residential construction managers who have knowledge, or proof that major air conditioning manufacturers, and or homebuilders knew that emissions from imported Chinese drywall was toxic enough to degrade, or destroy AC coils as early as 2005.
If a homeowner or a air conditioning industry insider-repair person/homebuilder insider the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center wants to hear from you. According to the group, “if a homeowner is suffering in a home with toxic Chinese drywall, we think it critical to get this information about who knew that Chinese drywall was toxic, & when they knew it. The air conditioning industry, and honest homebuilder employees will help us answer these questions.” Individuals, or homeowners with specific information should contact the Chinese drywall Complaint Center immediately at 866-714-6466, or contact the group via its web site at Http://ChineseDrywallComplaintCenter.Com
Important note to all homeowners in Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Texas, Virginia and any other state with toxic Chinese drywall. The Chinese Drywall Complaint Center is saying, “we have just learned that there are seminars, or other gimmicks designed to supposedly give a home inspector/anyone some kind of certificate as an approved Chinese drywall inspector, and or drywall remediation expert. Until the US Environmental Protection Agency gives us actual protocols for testing drywall, and or a certified drywall remediation process, there is no such thing. Do not waste your money a clown, that says he, she, or it is a certified expert on Chinese drywall, as no thing at this point exists. Does the State of Florida have an Attorney General?”
PS: According to the Chinese Drywall Complaint Center,” toxic Chinese drywall in homes in the Southeast is the worst environmental disaster in US history, and the Obama Administration, and or Congress has yet to act to a meaningful, or responsible way? And we as a nation would trust these individuals with our nations health care?” The group says,” after nearly nine months, there are no testing, or remediation protocols from the US EPA, and the Obama Administration’s US Product Safety Commission has yet to recall one sheet of toxic Chinese drywall? The US CDC, or EPA has yet to inform the nation as to the health affects of of exposure to toxic Chinese drywall? Change-what change—just more worthless politicians, and federal agencies!”
